Lemon Butter Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Butter |
Juice of 1 1/2 lemons | ||
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Paprika |
Melt the butter and blend in the lemon juice and paprika. Best made ahead. Always chill.
This recipe yields about 1/2 cup of flavored butter.
