Fried 'Chuck

Recipe Ingredients

		Woodchuck meat
		Eggs - beaten
		Cornmeal - as needed
		Butter or bacon drippings - as needed

Recipe Instructions

Cut meat into strips, and pat dry. Dip into beaten egg, then into cornmeal. Fry in butter or bacon drippings until tender and browned.
