Coon Loaf Recipe - Cooking Index
2 lbs | 908g / 32oz | Fat-free raccoon meat - ground |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Cracker crumbs |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Ground onion |
1 1/3 teaspoons | 6.7ml | Salt |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Freshly-ground black pepper |
2 | Eggs - lightly beaten | |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Ground thyme |
1 cup | 237ml | Evaporated milk |
Mix all together well and form into a loaf; place in a greased loaf pan. Set loaf pan in another pan of hot water, and bake at 350 degrees for 1 3/4 hours.
This recipe yields 6 to 8 servings.
