Chive Butter Recipe - Cooking Index
1/4 lb | 113g / 4oz | Butter - softened |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Minced fresh parsley |
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Minced fresh chives |
Salt - to taste | ||
Freshly-ground white pepper - to taste |
Blend together soft butter, parsley, chives, and salt and white pepper to taste. Best made ahead. Always chill.
This recipe yields about 1/2 cup of flavored butter.
