Beer Bird Marinade (especially for pheasants)

Recipe Ingredients

1/4 lb 113g / 4ozButter
2   Garlic cloves - (2 to 3) - minced
12 oz 340gBeer
1 tablespoon 15mlSalt
1 tablespoon 15mlFreshly-ground black pepper
1 tablespoon 15mlMSG

Recipe Instructions

Melt butter; saute garlic until translucent. Add beer slowly and mix in salt, pepper, and MSG. Pour hot marinade over bird and marinate at room temperature for at least 1 hour. Use to baste barbecuing bird(s) as well.
