4 cups | 948ml | Ground cooked partridge |
1 cup | 237ml | Milk |
1 cup | 237ml | Bird or chicken stock |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Salt |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Onion - minced (small) |
2 | Eggs - beaten | |
2 cups | 292g / 10oz | Soft bread crumbs |
Sliced tomatoes - for serving | ||
Parsley - for serving |
Mix all ingredients and pour into a greased 8-cup pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour, or until firm and lightly browned. Unmold and serve hot with sliced tomatoes and parsley.
