Seasoned flour - as needed | ||
Garlic cloves - as needed |
Roll 'chuck pieces in seasoned flour. Put into a greased pan and brown in a hot oven. When browned, add a chip of garlic to each piece, pour on some water, and simmer until water has boiled away. Continue to bake at 350 degrees until tender.
