1 cup | 237ml | Chopped onions, with their juice |
3 cups | 438g / 15oz | Peeled, cored, and diced apples |
7 cups | 1022g / 36oz | Soft bread crumbs |
3/4 cup | 148g / 5.2oz | Melted butter |
1 cup | 237ml | Seedless raisins - parboiled, drained |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Salt |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Freshly-ground black pepper |
1/2 cup | 46g / 1.6oz | Minced parsley |
1 | Garlic clove - minced | |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Grated mace |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Grated nutmeg |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Ground sage |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Ground cloves |
Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
