2 cups | 220g / 7.8oz | Biscuit mix |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Sage |
2 | Chicken gravy mix | |
5 cups | 730g / 25oz | Chopped wild turkey |
1/2 cup | 55g / 1.9oz | Chopped celery |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Chopped onion |
1 1/4 cups | 182g / 6.4oz | Shredded cheddar cheese |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Beat eggs, milk, biscuit mix, sage and gravy mix in large bowl. Add turkey, celery, onion and cheese. Pour into baking dish. Bake 1 hour until lightly browned and knife inserted in center comes out clean.
This recipe yields 6 servings.
