2 lbs | 908g / 32oz | Venison - cubed |
2 cups | 474ml | Barbecue sauce |
1 cup | 237ml | Honey |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Garlic powder |
4 cups | 948ml | Noodles |
6 | Cayenne peppers - diced | |
6 | Jalapeno peppers - diced | |
1 | Onion - diced (large) | |
1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Sliced mushrooms |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Butter |
Cut venison into 1-inch cubes. Brown in a 12-inch skillet with butter or shortening. Add mushrooms, diced onion and garlic powder. Mix barbecue sauce, honey, cayenne and jalapeno peppers in a large bowl. Pour sauce in skillet and cook until meat is thoroughly cooked, stirring occasionally.
Boil noodles. Serve steak and sauce over noodles.
