Carol's Barbecue Potatoes Recipe - Cooking Index
1/4 cup | 49g / 1.7oz | Butter or margarine |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Catsup |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Chili powder |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Light brown sugar |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Salt - or to taste |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Ground red pepper - or to taste |
4 teaspoons | 20ml | Baking potatoes (medium) |
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Grease a baking pan. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, catsup, chili powder, brown sugar, salt and pepper.
Cut each potato lengthwise into 8 wedges. Place in pan. Brush with some of the sauce. Bake for 30 minutes. Brush occasionally with remaining sauce.
