Spicy Peanut Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
10 lbs | 4540g / 160oz | Garlic cloves - peeled (large) |
2/3 | Fresh coriander, leaves and upper stems | |
1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Unseasoned peanut butter - see * Note |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Thin soy sauce - plus |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Thin soy sauce |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Sesame oil |
5 tablespoons | 75ml | Sugar |
1 | Chinese rice wine vinegar | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Hot chili oil |
* Note: See the "Chinese Style Peanut Butter" recipe which is included in this collection.
In a food processor, combine the first eight ingredients together. Process until smooth. Place in a saucepan and bring up to a simmer. Remove from the heat and set aside until ready to use.
