Parmesan Cheese Toast Points

Recipe Ingredients

1   French baguette - (12-inch) - sliced 2" slices
1 cup 146g / 5.1ozGrated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
1 tablespoon 15mlFinely-chopped parsley
1 teaspoon 5mlMinced garlic
1/3 cup 78mlHomemade mayonnaise
  Salt - to taste
  Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste

Recipe Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

In a mixing bowl, combine the cheese, parsley, garlic, and mayonnaise together. Mix until incorporated. Season with salt and pepper. Spread 1 tablespoon of the mixture onto each baguette slice. Bake for 6 to 8 minutes or until the croutons are golden brown.

This recipe yields 6 croutons.
