Jicama Orange Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
2 cups | 292g / 10oz | Diced peeled jicama |
3 | Seedless oranges - peeled, and | |
Cut into sections - (abt 1 cup) | ||
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Freshly-squeezed orange juice |
1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Finely-chopped red onions |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Finely-chopped red bell peppers |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Chopped fresh cilantro |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
3 | Peppermill turns black pepper |
Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and toss until thoroughly blended. This can be made a day ahead and stored in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
