Apple Mint Relish Recipe - Cooking Index
2 | Sweet red apples - eighth, cored, and sliced into 1/4" pieces | |
Juice of one lemon | ||
1/4 cup | 59ml | Pineapple juice |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Chiffonade fresh mint |
1 pinch | Salt |
In a mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients together. Mix well. Refrigerate until chilled. Serve with the "Crawfish And Goat's Cheese-Stuffed Leg Of Lamb With Rosemary Jus" (the recipe for which is included in this collection) or other similar dishes.
