Recipe Ingredients

3/4 cup 177mlAncini di pepe macaroni - cooked, drained and rinsed
1 can  Crushed pineapple
1 can  Mandarin oranges - (13-16 oz)
3/4 cup 148g / 5.2ozSugar
2 tablespoons 30mlN flour
2   Eggs
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlSalt
1 packet  Cool whip

Recipe Instructions

Cook juice from crushed pineapple and mandarin oranges with sugar, flour, eggs, and salt until thick. Pour over macaroni and fruit mixture.  Cool 4 hours or overnight. Add 1 small container of cool whip.  Mix well and refrigerate
