Bloody Mary Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 237ml | Homemade ketchup |
Juice of one lemon | ||
1/4 cup | 59ml | Vodka |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Worcestershire sauce |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Freshly-grated horseradish |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Minced onions |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Minced garlic |
Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste |
In a food processor, puree all the ingredients until smooth. Remove and refrigerate for 1 hour to allow the flavors to marry.
This recipe yields about 1 cup of dipping sauce.
