Creole Mustard Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 cup | 118ml | Creole mustard |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Mayonnaise |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Champagne vinegar |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Water - to thin |
Salt - to taste | ||
Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste |
Combine all of the ingredients and set aside to chill until ready to use.
This recipe yields 1 cup of sauce.
