Recipe Ingredients

1 cup	62g / 2.2oz	Semolina flour - durum
1 teaspoon	5ml	Allspice
1		Egg
1 tablespoon	15ml	Olive oil - optional
1 tablespoon	15ml	Water - if and as needed
		Electric Extruder
1 1/3 cups	83g / 2.9oz	Semolina flour - durum
1 teaspoon	5ml	Allspice
1		Egg
1 tablespoon	15ml	Olive oil - optional
1 tablespoon	15ml	Water - if and as needed

Recipe Instructions

Follow whatever method you normally use to mix and knead your dough.  Ingredients are given for Manual or Electric Machine.
