Rice Wine And Soy Dipping Sauce

Recipe Ingredients

1 cup 237mlRice wine vinegar
2 tablespoons 30mlSesame oil
1   Soy sauce
3 tablespoons 45mlHoisin sauce
1 teaspoon 5mlMinced garlic
1 tablespoon 15mlMinced shallots
1 tablespoon 15mlChopped cilantro
1/4 cup 36g / 1.3ozChopped roasted peanuts
  Salt - to taste
1   Red pepper flakes
1/2   Carrot - cut matchstick
  Strips - (about 1/4 cup)

Recipe Instructions

In a mixing bowl, whisk all the ingredients together. Season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate the sauce for 2 hours before serving.

This recipe yields 2 cups of sauce.
