1/4 cup 49g / 1.7ozConfectioner's sugar
1 tablespoon 15mlBourbon

Recipe Instructions

In a large bowl whip the cream and sugar with an electric beater until thick. Beat in the bourbon and continue to beat until soft peaks form. Serve immediately.
