Bourbon Cream Recipe - Cooking Index
2 cups | 474ml | Heavy cream |
1/4 cup | 49g / 1.7oz | Confectioner's sugar |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Bourbon |
In a large bowl whip the cream and sugar with an electric beater until thick. Beat in the bourbon and continue to beat until soft peaks form. Serve immediately.
This recipe yields 3 cups.
