2 tablespoons | 30ml | Oil |
1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Shrimp |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Cracked black pepper |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
2 | Fresh lemons - juiced | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Worcestershire sauce |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Hot sauce |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Chopped fresh parsley |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Butter |
3 | French bread - grilled |
Heat a saute pan on a grill. Add oil and shrimp and saute for 2 minutes. Add pepper, salt, lemon juice, Worcestershire, hot sauce and parsley. Let cook 2 minutes, until shrimp are cooked. Add butter and let melt. Serve with French bread.
