Wilted Spinach  I Recipe - Cooking Index
| Olive oil | ||
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Minced shallots | 
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Minced garlic | 
| 1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Fresh spinach | 
| Salt - to taste | ||
| Freshly-ground white pepper - to taste | 
Heat oil in pan, lightly saute the shallots and garlic. Add the spinach until wilted and season with salt and pepper.
This recipe yields 2 servings.
