1/4 cup | 59ml | Thinly-sliced artichoke bottoms |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Chopped parsley |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Chopped fresh thyme |
1 1/2 tablespoons | 22ml | Chopped red bell pepper |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Olive oil |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Lemon juice |

Combine the ingredients, season with Bayou Blast, and set aside.
This recipe yields 1 cup of relish.
