Simple Herb Sauce

Recipe Ingredients

2 cups 474mlChicken stock
2 tablespoons 30mlDiced shallots
1 tablespoon 15mlMinced garlic
1 tablespoon 15mlChopped mixed herbs
  (such as parsley, thyme and rosemary)

Recipe Instructions

In a small saucepan combine all ingredients and bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat to simmering and cook until reduced in half to about 1 cup.
