Simple Herb Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
2 cups | 474ml | Chicken stock |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Diced shallots |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Minced garlic |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Chopped mixed herbs |
(such as parsley, thyme and rosemary) |
In a small saucepan combine all ingredients and bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat to simmering and cook until reduced in half to about 1 cup.
