Shrimp Salsa Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 237ml | Cooked shrimp - (very small) - 70 to 90 count |
1/2 cup | 80g / 2.8oz | Cooked black beans |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Chopped tomatoes |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Chopped fresh cilantro |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Olive oil |
Salt - to taste | ||
Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste |
In a bowl combine ingredients and mix well. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
This recipe yields about 2 cups of shrimp salsa.
