Sesame Mustard Vinaigrette Recipe - Cooking Index
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Whole grain mustard |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Rice wine vinegar |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Sugar |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Freshly-ground black pepper |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Vegetable oil |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Sesame oil |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Chopped green onions |
In a small bowl, whisk together mustard, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Slowly whisk in the oils. Mix in the green onion.
This recipe yields ? cup of vianigrette.
