4 1/2 cups 1066mlMilk
1 cup 198g / 7ozSugar
1   Salt
1   Vanilla bean - split
1 1/2 cups 355mlSemolina
4 oz 113gUnsalted butter
1   Raspberries
1 cup 237mlSweetened whipped cream
6 sections  Mint

Recipe Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Bring milk, sugar, salt and vanilla bean to a boil. Using a whisk, mix in the semolina and butter. Pour into a 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Cover and bake for 40 minutes. Garnish with the berries, cream, and mint.

This recipe yields 6 servings.
