1 | Idaho potato - cut 1/4" by 2" stick | |
1 | French bread | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Mayonnaise |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Shredded lettuce |
1 | Tomato - sliced | |
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Slow, slow-roasted pork roast - pulled into tender shreds |
Heat oil in a deep-fryer to 360 degrees. Fry potatoes until brown and crunchy, 8 to 10 minutes.
Slice open bread. Spread with mayonnaise and fill with lettuce and tomato. Fill with pulled pork and top with French fries.
