8 oz | 227g | Dry cottage cheese |
1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Salted butter |
2 cups | 125g / 4.4oz | All purpose flour |
1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Crumbled Asiago cheese |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Curry powder |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Chopped green olives |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Chopped black olives |
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Rub the butter with the flour. Add the dried cottage cheese and the Asiago cheese. Add the curry powder. Work the mixture into a dough and roll it out onto a floured board, to a thickness of 1/4 inch. Take a small glass or cookie cutter and form the dough into small wafers. Lay onto an ungreased baking sheet. Bake for approximately 15 minutes, or until golden brown. Cool for two minutes, then enjoy.
