Recipe Ingredients

8 oz 227gDry cottage cheese
1/2 lb 227g / 8ozSalted butter
2 cups 125g / 4.4ozAll purpose flour
1/4 cup 36g / 1.3ozCrumbled Asiago cheese
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlCurry powder
2 tablespoons 30mlChopped green olives
2 tablespoons 30mlChopped black olives

Recipe Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Rub the butter with the flour. Add the dried cottage cheese and the Asiago cheese. Add the curry powder. Work the mixture into a dough and roll it out onto a floured board, to a thickness of 1/4 inch. Take a small glass or cookie cutter and form the dough into small wafers. Lay onto an ungreased baking sheet. Bake for approximately 15 minutes, or until golden brown. Cool for two minutes, then enjoy.
