1 1/2 cups | 93g / 3.3oz | Seeded, diced tomatoes |
1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Diced red onion |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Diced jalapenos |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Minced garlic |
Juice of 2 limes | ||
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Cilantro |
Salt - to taste | ||
Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste |
In a bowl combine the first six ingredients. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
This recipe yields about 2 cups.
