Pecan Pie II

Recipe Ingredients

1   Unbaked 9-inch pie shell
1 1/2 cups 355mlPecans
1 cup 110g / 3.9ozSemi-sweet chocolate chips
4   Eggs - beaten
1/2 cup 99g / 3.5ozSugar
1/2 cup 80g / 2.8ozLight brown sugar
1/4 cup 82g / 2.9ozSteen's 100 percent Pure Cane Syrup
1/4 cup 82g / 2.9ozCorn syrup
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlVanilla
1   Salt

Recipe Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

Spread the pecan pieces and the chocolate chips evenly on the bottom of the pie shell. In a mixing bowl, whisk the remaining ingredients together. Pour the filling over the pecans. Bake for about 1 hour or until the filling sets. Cool for 10 minutes before slicing.

This recipe yields 1 pie.
