Orange Arugula Salad With Vanilla-Infused Oil Recipe - Cooking Index

In a salad bowl toss arugula and red onion. Segment orange over a small bowl to catch juice. Add vinegar and vanilla oil to orange juice and season with salt and pepper. Pour dressing over greens and toss. Garnish with orange segments.
