Pecan Vinaigrette Recipe - Cooking Index
6 tablespoons | 90ml | Extra-virgin olive oil |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | White vinegar |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Chopped fresh parsley |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Green onion - sliced (medium) |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Chopped pecans |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Chopped cilantro |
Salt and pepper - to taste |
In a steel bowl, whisk the olive oil and vinegar together. Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl and season with salt and pepper. Drizzle over Watercress Salad (see recipe).
