2 | Jalapeno peppers - chopped | |
1 | Onion - chopped | |
4 | Garlic cloves - crushed | |
2 | Tomatoes - chopped | |
1 | Cilantro | |
2 | Lemons - peeled, pith removed | |
2 | Limes - peeled, pith removed | |
Olive oil | ||
Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste |
Place steak in a non-reactive dish. In a blender puree remaining ingredients until smooth, pour over steak and turn several times to coat with marinade. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours.
Grill, broil, or roast.
This recipe yields 4 to 5 servings.
