1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Haricot vert - blanched |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Minced shallots |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Minced garlic |
1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Cooked lobster meat - diced |
Parsley | ||
Salt - to taste | ||
Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste |
In a saute pan, heat the olive oil. Add the haricot vert. Saute for 1 minute. Add the shallots, garlic, lobster meat and parsley. Saute for 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from the heat.
