Lobster And Haricot Vert Relish

1 tablespoon 15mlOlive oil
1/2 lb 227g / 8ozHaricot vert - blanched
2 tablespoons 30mlMinced shallots
2 teaspoons 10mlMinced garlic
1/2 lb 227g / 8ozCooked lobster meat - diced
  Parsley
  Salt - to taste
  Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste

Recipe Instructions

In a saute pan, heat the olive oil. Add the haricot vert. Saute for 1 minute. Add the shallots, garlic, lobster meat and parsley. Saute for 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from the heat.
