2 cups | 474ml | Uncooked shredded potatoes |
1 cup | 198g / 7oz | Egg - beaten (large) |
1/3 cup | 48g / 1.7oz | Chopped nuts |
(e.I. Walnuts, pinenuts, peanuts, | ||
Cashews, almonds etc.) | ||
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Minced fresh parsley |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Soy sauce |
Oil - for pan-frying |
Combine all ingredients, except oil, in a medium bowl. Form into patties, about 1/2-inch thick by three inches in diameter. Fry in hot oil until lightly browned and just firm.
Serves 2.
