Ginger Soy Butter Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Ginger |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Soy sauce |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Sesame oil |
1 | Butter |
Bring ginger, soy sauce and sesame oil to a simmer and reduce slightly. Whisk in the butter by tablespoons until thoroughly incorporated.
This recipe yields about 1 cup of sauce.
