Mango Salsa Recipe - Cooking Index
1 1/4 cups | 182g / 6.4oz | Peeled, 1/2"-diced mango |
1/3 cup | 48g / 1.7oz | Finely diced red bell pepper |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Finely diced red onion |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Fresh cilantro |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Red pepper flakes |
1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Green onions - minced |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Ground coriander |
1 | Ground cumin | |
1 | Tabasco sauce | |
Juice of lime |
Combine all ingredients and refrigerate until ready to use.
