1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Rose water - see * Note |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Honey |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Vanilla extract |
2 cups | 474ml | Fresh raspberries |

Mix the Mascarpone cheese, rose water, honey, and vanilla. Place the berries in four individual bowls and top with a dollop of sauce. Serve immediately.
