Ferdie (Mother's Favorite Offering)

Recipe Ingredients

1 cup	237ml	Crusty loaf French bread (large)
4 oz	113g	Sliced turkey
4 oz	113g	Sliced baked ham
4 oz	113g	Sliced roast beef
2 tablespoons	30ml	Mayonnaise
		Tabasco sauce - to taste
3/4 cup	177ml	Shredded white cabbage
1 cup	62g / 2.2oz	Tomato - sliced thin (large)
12		Dill pickle slices

Recipe Instructions

Slice French bread open across middle, open it up and evenly layer all meats onto bottom half. Spread mayonnaise on top half. Shake Tabasco over, to taste. Spread cabbage, tomatoes and pickles over meats. Close sandwich, slice in half and dig in.

This recipe yields 1 large sandwich.
