Coffee Syrup Recipe - Cooking Index
2 cups | 474ml | Strong coffee |
1 cup | 198g / 7oz | Sugar |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Vanilla |
In a small saucepan heat coffee just to simmering. Stir in sugar and vanilla and simmer 8 minutes, stirring until sugar dissolves; cool before using.
This recipe yields 1 to 1 1/2 cups of syrup.
