8 | Italian tomatoes - seeded and diced | |
1 | Red onion - diced (small) | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Minced jalapeno pepper |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Chopped fresh cilantro |
1 | Lime - halved | |
Salt - to taste | ||
Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste |
In a bowl combine all the ingredients and taste. Adjust seasonings. Serve with your favorite corn chips.
This recipe yields 2 cups of salsa.
