| 2 cups | 32g / 1.1oz | Picked cilantro leaves |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Minced garlic |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Roasted pine nuts |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Roasted walnuts |
| 1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Parmesan cheese |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Olive oil |
| (or enough to make a paste) | ||
| Salt - to taste | ||
| Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste |
In a food processor, combine all the ingredients together, forming a thick paste. Season with salt and pepper.
