Cajun Mayonnaise For Artichokes Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 cup | 118ml | Mayonnaise |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Plain non-fat yogurt |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Dried oregano |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Garlic salt |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Ground cumin |
2 | Cayenne pepper - or more to taste | |
1 | Freshly ground black pepper |
Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl and stir well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving so that the flavors are completely blended.
