Chocolate Grand Marnier Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 237ml | Heavy cream |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Butter |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Grand Marnier |
4 oz | 113g | Semisweet chocolate - finely chopped |
In a small saucepan, heat the cream and butter. Add the Grand Marnier. Whisk then bring to a boil. Remove from the heat and whisk in chocolate pieces until all the chocolate is incorporated. Serve.
This recipe yields about 2 1/2 cups of sauce.
