Wyoming Wild Barbecue Sauce

Recipe Ingredients

1 cup 237mlChili sauce
1 cup 237mlKetchup
1/4 cup 59mlSteak sauce
1 tablespoon 15mlLea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon 15mlFinely chopped garlic
2 tablespoons 30mlHorseradish
3 tablespoons 45mlDry mustard
2 tablespoons 30mlTabasco pepper sauce
1 tablespoon 15mlDark molasses
1 tablespoon 15mlRed wine vinegar

Recipe Instructions

In a medium-sized bowl, combine all ingredients.

Whisk until sauce is well blended.

Store in a 1-quart covered jar in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.

Use with beef, chicken, pork or game. This recipe yields 3 cups of sauce.
