Wyoming Wild Barbecue Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 237ml | Chili sauce |
1 cup | 237ml | Ketchup |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Steak sauce |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Finely chopped garlic |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Horseradish |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Dry mustard |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Tabasco pepper sauce |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Dark molasses |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Red wine vinegar |
In a medium-sized bowl, combine all ingredients.
Whisk until sauce is well blended.
Store in a 1-quart covered jar in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
Use with beef, chicken, pork or game. This recipe yields 3 cups of sauce.
