Thai-Style Beef Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 cup | 118ml | Pace Picante Sauce |
1/4 cup | 4g / 0.1oz | Chopped cilantro |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Vegetable oil |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Light soy sauce |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Shredded fresh ginger - to 2 tsp to taste |
3/4 lb | 340g / 11oz | Deli-sliced roast beef - cut into 1/2" strips |
4 cups | 948ml | Shredded romaine lettuce |
1 cup | 237ml | Halved cucumber slices |
1 cup | 237ml | Red or yellow bell pepper - cut into short, (small) thin strips |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Sliced radishes |
1/3 cup | 20g / 0.7oz | Thin red onion rings |
Combine Pace Picante Sauce, cilantro, oil, soy sauce, and ginger; mix well. Toss 1/2 cup of the Pace Picante Sauce mixture with meat. To serve, toss remaining Pace Picante Sauce mixture with lettuce, cucumber, red or yellow pepper, radishes, and onion. Arrange lettuce mixture on serving platter; top with beef mixture. Serve with additional Pace Picante Sauce. This recipe serves 4.
