Thai-Style Beef Salad

Recipe Ingredients

1/2 cup 118mlPace Picante Sauce
1/4 cup 4g / 0.1ozChopped cilantro
2 tablespoons 30mlVegetable oil
1 tablespoon 15mlLight soy sauce
1 teaspoon 5mlShredded fresh ginger - to 2 tsp to taste
3/4 lb 340g / 11ozDeli-sliced roast beef - cut into 1/2" strips
4 cups 948mlShredded romaine lettuce
1 cup 237mlHalved cucumber slices
1 cup 237mlRed or yellow bell pepper - cut into short, (small) thin strips
1/2 cup 118mlSliced radishes
1/3 cup 20g / 0.7ozThin red onion rings

Recipe Instructions

Combine Pace Picante Sauce, cilantro, oil, soy sauce, and ginger; mix well. Toss 1/2 cup of the Pace Picante Sauce mixture with meat. To serve, toss remaining Pace Picante Sauce mixture with lettuce, cucumber, red or yellow pepper, radishes, and onion. Arrange lettuce mixture on serving platter; top with beef mixture. Serve with additional Pace Picante Sauce. This recipe serves 4.
