Sparkling White Sangria Recipe - Cooking Index
Don't add the sparkling water, ice, or strawberries to the insulated jug; take these separately to the picnic site.
Serves: 6 people1 1/2 | White wine - (1 bottle) | |
4 | Limes, juice only | |
4 | Oranges, juice only | |
Orange zest from 1 orange | ||
1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Sugar - or to taste |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Orange-flavored liqueur |
1 | Sparkling water - (1 bottle) - chilled | |
Ice | ||
1 | Fresh strawberries - sliced |
Combine wine, lime juice, orange juice, orange zest, sugar, and liqueur in a large pitcher; stir until sugar dissolves. Refrigerate until chilled. Pour into a prechilled insulated container. Add sparkling water, ice, and strawberries to each individual serving. This recipe serves 6 to 8.
