2 | Shallots - chopped (medium) | |
3 | Garlic cloves - minced | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Olive oil |
1 cup | 237ml | White wine |
1 cup | 237ml | Chicken broth |
1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Heavy cream |
Saute shallots and garlic in olive oil. Add wine. Bring ingredients to a brisk boil and reduce to one half. Add broth and reduce to one half. Add cream and reduce to one half.
